I got my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine this week (don’t come at me, Moderna people, I didn’t specifically pick that one out, that’s just what was available at my first appointment slot). I got it on Thursday, so when I woke up on Friday feeling basically okay, I thought I had managed to evade the scourge of side-effects that I had heard reported regarding the second dose. That proved to be optimistic thinking on my part.
